业余职业瑜伽联盟，由各大洲大大小小的瑜伽研究小组组成，主要作用是保障各地瑜伽行者，正确地得到瑜伽知识，进行正确健康的瑜伽运动，推进瑜伽国际化进程，广泛地促进瑜伽训练水平提高与学术交流等。
加盟成员，必须具有瑜伽练习资历与研究论文、身体健康，智力良好。
