Lazy Yoga, refers to the English translation for Chinese “Lan Chong Yü Jia” (Pin Yin form). “Lan” means tranquil and at ease, nature, which representing the original cause. “Chong”, an earthworm literally, represents the inner power. Lazy Yoga is actually a practice for the manifestation of the kundalini power. In the exercise, the original cause i.e. “Lan” will be pushed into the subtle body, and through the process of pranayama and dhyana to be carried out then hand gestures will be able to ensure the prana to be produced gradually. Thus the svasa starts working.
Prana accumulation is graded into four levels: vyana prana, banhda prana, kriya prana, mudra prana.
The svasa refers to the ten subtle life forces, or ten vayus. Body work after inside svasa which coming into being and growing strong through a certain of yogic methods.
Lazy Yoga is a unified exercise, easy-to-do and effective. It has begun to be introduced among yoga-popular healthy centers.

At the beginning of the exercises, when a kind of life force becoming active, the body will occur a certain of slight trembles or shakes on some parts. This means that your body has not been yet accustomed to a stream-like energy to fill in to make a refresh due to your personal old living habits or poor postures used to be.
In this case a yogi should learn particular skills from his yoga master to erase the physically unstable. He has to perform the meditation per his master instructed, as well as the pranayama, so that the inside energy will flow sustainingly to cultivate his asana into a fixed and comfortable condition. The most important 10 major nadis are Sushumna, Pingala, Ida, ……A subtle self is made up of vayus and nadis……more to see |

Vayu + Pranayama = Svasa.
Svasa is the subtle life-force movement of aura, or the Sun and the Moon. It has breathing character, flowing method, length; as well as geometric figure, color and taste; basic verbal meditation; body experience.
For Example, how to determine the length of svasa?
Put tiny, individual sands or cotton fibres on a flat surface. Make your one nostril closer to it, then give an exhale in usual ways. Now carefully observe what happens? The distance between the farthest sand or fibre and nostril is your subtle vital-force breathing length.

Mantra is a sound which manifests cosmically in our human reality plane. It is used for men's sense and conscious to be under control. When the common three states such as the waking, the dreaming, the dreamless sleep, connect with nature and sound into the oneness, then comes the forth state (the Turiya), a union with the universe…… more to see “Yoga, the Fairy of the Music”. |

Dhyana (deep meditation) is not a yogic method that stays alone. It has to work together with others like asana, bandha, mudra and pranayama as a unified practice. Here asana we mean pose under a body condition that prana fully-filled.
Dhyana exists in a state wherethere the kundalini being carried by the prana upwarded stretches out and furtherly goes through a string of chakras.
