Lazy Yoga Pocket Introduction (simplified edition, part)
Lazy Yoga has begun to introduce among healthy facilities where there the yoga has become popular in a class. It is designed as an effective, easy-doing, modern flexible exercises to people to have a soft body and as well a soft heart, with which he to himself and to the others who around him.
Lazy Yoga aims at helping an exerciser to produce pranas i.e. the original cause in the body under Child pose, which is the road that directly leads him to the Kundalini in the preliminary stage. Prana amount to be accumulated inside is the essential factor for a yoga practiser to perform his asana in a higher level, which our Lazy yoga accords to.
Exercise one
Lotus – Child
The kundalini works on the seven lotus (Chakras). In fact, the dynamic force which all yoga postures depend on, originates from the serpent power. The serpent, or the snake, yet we call the “earthworm” in our Lazy Yoga instead. It acts as not only one of the twelve representative animals in ancient time in China but also in a specific way. The snake power essentially improves the glant to grow inside. It increases continuing life energy, i.e. the prana, which can defeat diseases.
Meditation: Whole body
Pose to do: Lying face-down on a clean carpet. Head to the southeast when practicing time in morning hours. Head to the northwest if evening hours. Place hands with close-lotus gesture in front of the head and crossed angles with foot-close-lotus. Relax and feel this relaxation in your every joins.
Breath: Long, even breathing in a mindful and natural way.
Hand gesture: Put hands together
Mantra: Inner sound (same to the following exercises)
Notes: Tree pose can be same time performed in the open, or touch the tree trunk with your back for a better balance. People in sick have to get doctor's permission before his trying!
Exercise two Child – Earthworm (or snake)
Meditation: Spine
Pose to do: After backbones clean cleared, touch the forehead, the nose, the chin on the floor orderly. Start to rise the back of head, then the backbones joint by joint arching backward like an earthworm, till to the coccyx. Then lower down the backbones in reverse from tail to head. Repeating: 100/ your age. After you have finished, seated in lotus pose (see exercise III). In 3 months in this way you are making the preliminary of the lotus in bloom in future.
Breath: Long, even breathing in a mindful and natural way.
Hand gesture: put hands together
Mantra: Inner sound (same to the following exercises)
Notes: Tree pose can be performed outdoors at the same time. The exerciser can tough the tree trunk by the back for a better balance. The snake power associates with the tree pose.
Mind not to make any harm to trees which are easy to be destroyed but hard to grow up. Take care of our environments.
Exercise Three
Lotus
It is time to get fruits from the “Knowledge of Tree” in the civilization land ---- a region of China and India where the yoga culture rooted. In the string vibration of classic music, the wise has discovered Pythagorean proposition. In a right angled triangle the hypotenuse square equals to sum of the longer side square and the shorter side square. Same to a lotus pose. Straight out legs. Bend the knees and bring the one calf near to the thigh of the other leg. This makes up of a right triangle. Put hands together. We get a jointed-arm line which parallels to the floor. Its length square equals to the sum of the calf (the shorter leg) square and the thigh (the longer leg) square. Thus, hands in lotus gesture, under relating verbal meditation we get the vibration from the heart string. This is the snake power winds it way in a lotus seat.

Pose to do: Seated in lotus pose or Vajrasana. Hand gesture: Lotus mudra
